How to Make Your Return or Exchange on ModCloth?
Step 1: Choose your order, choose your item, and tell us if you want a return (make sure to state store credits or a refund) or an exchange (be sure to state your new size/color/pattern) .
Step 2: Print the shipping label. If you choose “Store Credit” or “Redeem”, it’s free! If you choose “Refund”, we will deduct $5.99 from your refund amount to cover shipping.
Step 3: Packaging. Put your item (unworn and labelled) and order invoice in a securely sealed shipping package. (If you misplaced an invoice, just go to My Account, click on your order history, select the correct order number, and print it.)
Step 4: Send it out. Apply the printed shipping label to the package (make sure there are no other shipping labels or barcodes on the package). Write down the tracking number so you can track its journey.
